House rules are an important component of a safe and supportive recovery environment.
- No use of alcohol or drugs – NO mind altering substances of any kind. All tests will be done at any time upon request. (Females, Taylor / Males, Ron). Any refusal is considered a positive test, and any positive tests are considered a breach of your lease agreement.
- Curfew limit is 11:00pm on weekdays, 1:00am on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Incoming clients 10:00pm on weekdays, 12:00am on Fridays and Saturdays. New clients must text Ron every night upon arriving until notified. If a situation occurs where you may be late for curfew, you must notify Ron or Taylor
- No guests are permitted in any of the houses with less than 6 months of sobriety. With opposite sex visitors, both client and guest must have a year of sobriety. Ron must meet guest beforehand and Absolutely no bedroom visits.
- No overnight passes are permitted for anyone with less than 6 months and all passes must be approved by Ron with at least 48 hour notice.
- AA Meetings: Everyone should attend a meeting every day. (AA, NA, EDA, ANY-A)
- In-house meetings are held each Monday, and are mandatory for clients with less than one year of sobriety. After one year of sobriety, the first meeting of each month is mandatory.
- Sponsor: Everyone must have a sponsor.
- House chores: Common areas of each house must be clean and presentable at all times. Personal rooms should be kept in order as a reflection of your sobriety. Each house is responsible for chores getting done. Mini house meetings to discuss and alternate chores monthly is suggested.
- Upon fulfilling time requirement of lease, deposit upon departure will cover last two weeks rent ($425). Cleaning deposit is $425 Includes room, bathroom, carpet cleaning, and any repairs needed to return room to original state. The bedding, pillows, and towels are yours to keep. The balance from deposit after cleaning and repairs are made will be credited.
